A Look at High Quality Urgent Care
Hundreds of thousands of urgent care clinics have popped up in the last decade or so. The reason for this is that, with the drastic rises in health care costs, clinics are looking to become more efficient and thus affordable. It is clear that health care, for many, costs nearly an arm and a leg. With the vast majority of Americans living paycheck to paycheck, most simply cannot afford to visit an emergency room. Then, as the free market is wont to do, a solution to this problem emerged: urgent care. But sadly, a great number of urgent care clinics have not lived up to the standards expected of them. When an individual enters an urgent care facility, he is looking to be given not only immaculate urgent care, but empathy, understanding, compassion. Most patients do not get that from their local urgent care. And this has left many flustered. They don’t want to visit urgent care clinics any longer.
